Our aim is to provide anyone meeting the requirements with comfortable accommodation in a setting which allows residents to come and go as they please. These properties provide security and residents are encouraged to make friends and share a wider social life that is made possible by living on the estate.

The Application Process is straightforward and the Entry Guidelines are available on our page "Do you meet the requirements?"
Estate comprises of 44 properties:
- 7 single bungalows
- 12 double bungalows
- 8 double bungalows
- 8 double flats
- 9 single bungalows
All properties comprise sitting room, one bedroom, a kitchen and bathroom.
The properties are unfurnished and uncarpeted.
* Only doubles are suitable for couples.
